Terms & Legal Notice

These terms are written for the current OneFamilyCircle beta and website. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial marketplace launch, especially before SendOne or any money-transfer feature is activated.

1. Beta service

OneFamilyCircle may include beta or pre-release features. Features can change, be unavailable, contain errors, or be withdrawn while testing and development continue.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in information and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or use another person’s account without authorization.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use OneFamilyCircle to violate law, harass or threaten others, distribute unlawful or exploitative content, impersonate others, compromise accounts or systems, or misuse safety and communication features.

4. AI disclaimer

OneFamilyCircle AI can generate inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate responses. AI output is informational assistance, not professional legal, medical, financial or emergency advice. Important information should be independently verified.

5. Flight and travel disclaimer

Flight status, ETA, airport and travel information can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always verify important travel information directly with the airline, airport or another authoritative source.

6. SendOne and financial features

SendOne is not currently a transactional financial service. OneFamilyCircle is not currently offering money transmission, banking, stored-value, remittance or payment processing through SendOne. No user should submit bank-account, payment-card or transfer credentials to an unfinished SendOne interface. If financial functionality is launched later, additional terms, disclosures, identity verification, compliance requirements and regulated provider terms may apply.

7. Calls and media

Voice and video features are intended for live communication. OneFamilyCircle does not represent current beta calling as a recording service. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable consent and recording laws if they use external recording tools.

8. Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party infrastructure or data providers, including hosting, authentication, AI, email and travel information. Their availability and accuracy may affect OneFamilyCircle features.

9. No emergency service

OneFamilyCircle is not an emergency communications service. Do not rely on the app, AI, messaging, calling, Nearby Circle or travel features for emergency response. Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.

10. Availability and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy or error-free operation.

11. Privacy

Use of OneFamilyCircle is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
