Privacy Policy

OneFamilyCircle is designed around trusted relationships, not public reach. We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide the service, protect accounts, operate requested features and improve reliability.

1. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, OneFamilyCircle may process account information such as your name, email address, profile image or avatar, Family and Friend connections, invitations, messages, files or media you choose to share, and preferences you configure.

2. Information generated when you use the service

We may process technical and operational information such as authentication events, device or platform information, feature usage, delivery/read metadata, call status, error and health telemetry, and similar security or reliability information.

3. Location

Nearby Circle is intended to be optional. Location information is processed only when you choose to enable a location-related feature. The product is designed to reduce precision for proximity use and to show trusted connections distance rather than exposing exact coordinates as a public feature.

4. Messages and private content

Messages and shared content are used to provide the communication features you request. Administrative analytics are designed to use message metadata rather than displaying private message bodies. OneFamilyCircle is not represented as end-to-end encrypted unless and until that capability is specifically implemented and documented.

5. AI features

If you use OneFamilyCircle AI, the text or information you submit to an AI feature may be sent to contracted service providers that process the request on our behalf. AI features should not be used to submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical emergencies, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature explicitly supports that use.

6. Flight and travel tools

Flight-status features may send a flight identifier or related lookup information to external travel-data providers. Travel information can change and should be verified with the airline or airport before making important decisions.

7. Advertising and sale of personal information

OneFamilyCircle is designed without an ad-filled public social feed. We do not design private message content to be used for advertising targeting, and we do not intend to sell personal information. If our practices materially change, this policy will be updated before those practices are introduced where required by law.

8. Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database operations, email delivery, AI processing, application security, analytics, travel-data lookup and related infrastructure. These providers process information to support the services we request from them.

9. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Some temporary media or future storage features may have feature-specific retention periods that will be disclosed in the app.

10. Your choices

• Manage Family and Friend connections.
• Turn optional location sharing on or off.
• Update profile information.
• Use account-recovery tools to change your password.
• Request account or data assistance through the support contact made available in the app or website.

11. Children and family use

OneFamilyCircle is family-oriented, but marketplace age requirements and applicable child-privacy laws still apply. Features intended for children or teens should not be enabled without the appropriate parental or guardian permissions where required.

12. Security

We use technical and organizational controls intended to protect accounts and service data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should use strong unique passwords and keep account access private.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OneFamilyCircle evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.

14. Contact

Privacy or account questions can be directed through the support contact published by OneFamilyCircle. Before marketplace launch, a dedicated privacy/support email should be listed here and in the app-store disclosures.
