      First. My place of residence is 63 Sands Ct. B'klyn
      Second. My occupation is waiter
      Third. I was born on the 7 day of Oct. 1878 at Sparta Greece
      Fourth. I emigrated to the United States from Liverpool, Eng. on or about the 5 day of Oct. 1899 and arrived in the United States, at the port of NY on the 15th day of Oct. 1899 on the vessel Celtic.
      Fifth. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on the 3 day of Dec. 1919 at B'klyn in the Sup. Court of Kings Co..
      Sixth, I am married. My wife's name is Helen. She was born on the 5 day of Nov. 1888 at Greece and now resides at w/m.
      I have 7 children, and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of each said children is as follows:

      George, born Jan. 30, 1912
      Mary, born Aug. 23, 1913
      Anthnett, born Mar. 10, 1915
      Bessie, born oct. 15, 1917

      Tenth. I have not heretofore made petition for citizenship to any court.

      I emigrated to the U.S. from Liverpool, England on or about the 5 day of Oct. 1899, and arrived in the United States, at the port of NY on the 15 day of Oct. 1899 on the vessel Celtic.
      I declared my intention to become a citizen of the US on the 3 day of Dec 1919.
      I am married. My wife's name is Helen; she was born on the 5 day of Nov. 1888 in Greece and now resides with me.
